Seller/s Non-Disclosure and Non Circumvent Agreement

This agreement dated, ____________, between ____________________________
and/or assigns or nominees, hereinafter “Sellers/s” and Horizon International Real Estate
hereinafter “Broker” provides for the following;
The Seller/s having requested information from Buyer/s pertaining to a property or
business marketed by Broker, with regards to a possible sale of said property, agrees to
treat all information or evaluation materials furnished by broker with total confidence.
It is agreed that the Seller/s will not use the information or evaluation material in any way
detrimental to the Buyer/s interest. This material will be kept confidential by the Seller/s.
Should the Seller/s disclose any evaluation material to anyone who needs to know such
information for the purpose of assisting in evaluating the property or business, it is
understood that the Seller/s will inform any assistant of the confidential nature of this
information and hold the assistant accountable according to the terms of this agreement.
The Seller/s will not disclose the information to anyone not associated with this
transaction.
The Seller/s acknowledges that Broker represents the Seller(s) of the business and/or
real estate listed and agrees to conduct all further inquiries and/or negotiations
regarding the business and/or real estate exclusively through the office of Broker.
The Seller/s acknowledges this Agreement by signing, dating, and returning this
Agreement to the Broker. Also, Broker has explained Broker’s relationship to Buyer/s and
Seller/s as required by State of Florida law and will provide a copy of this Agreement to
the Seller/s within two business days after receipt of the signed completed Agreement
from the Seller/s by Broker.
