Open Listing Agreement
Complete and Sign: In consideration of the services of Horizon International Real Estate
hereinafter referred to as the Broker, for a period of _____days from the date hereon, I
hereby grant the Broker the right to advertise and show my/our Business known
as___________________________ with an address of: _______________________________
_________________________________________________ and offer it for sale at the
following PRICE:__________________________( indicate currency, i.e. Euro/USD)_______;
and Terms____________________________________I/we agree to pay the Broker; a
commission of______________% which is to be added to the selling price listed above,
with a minimum transaction to be done, within 360 days of the date of this Agreement at
the Price and Terms shown above, or any other Price and Terms acceptable to me/us.
Should the Owner/s sell to a buyer not registered with the Broker, no commission is due
the Broker. The owners further agree to pay the Broker the full commission if a buyer
who the Broker has properly registered with the Seller purchases the property listed
above within one year after the expiration of this listing agreement.
The undersigned states they have the legal authority to enter into this listing. If it is a
corporation, they agree to sign a corporate resolution to sell, which will be provided.
