Resource which is an international hotel listing service. Additionally, Horizon International is also affiliated with Fusedworld
International Real Estate. Fusedworld is a listing service that has over 15000 commercial and residential listings worldwide.
Consequently, brokers from around the world are constantly searching this site as they are working with prospective buyers.
This exposure will cost you NOTHING. If you are interested in using our service, we propose that you enter into an open listing
agreement with us, to sell your hotel, motel,marina,resort or residential property so long as you do not now have your property
listed with another real estate company. This listing will NOT prevent you from continuing to sell your property yourself. Should
you sell it yourself to an individual who we did not bring to you, you would not pay us anything. We will advertise your property
worldwide at NO EXPENSE to you. Our fee for this service will not exceed a 4.0% commission based on the final sale price of your
property and is only due to Horizon International if you sell to a buyer we bring to you. Once we agree on the commission rate, we
will add that to the asking price in our advertisements & listings so that the net to you will be the same as if you sold it yourself. As
you can see, you have total control.

form, sign it, and either email or fax it to us. In addition, for sellers of hotels/motels/marinas &resorts, we will need as much of
the following information as you can supply.
1) Complete property description
2) Total Revenue for 2008 & Total Revenue for 2009 to date
3) # of rooms & breakdown of rooms by type
4) Occupancy rates
5) Statement of property condition
6) List of available facilities i.e. pool, restaurant, meeting rooms, etc.
7) RevPar
8) Asking Price
9) Average daily rate
10) Lot size
11) Owner financing yes or no If yes, please indicate the amount and terms of the financing
12) Number of floors
13) Building size
14) Building type & subtype
15) Cap Rate
16) Net Operating Income
17) Cash Flow
18) Location
19) 4 - 8 color pictures of both exterior & interior
Furthermore, it would allow us to respond faster to a prospective buyer, if you will provide us with a copy of your most current
financial statements for the property. As you know, serious buyers will require those. We will require buyers to sign a
non-disclosure agreement before we would release a copy to them and we will notify you in advance of doing so. Furthermore,
we will require the buyer to provide documentation verifying their financial ability to pay cash or they have the financing in place to
pay for your property. This way we will not waste your time. We will provide you with copies of the documents the Buyer submits
along with a non-disclosure agreement for you to sign. This will assure the buyer their financial information will be kept
